3. What file formats are included?

Our products usually include formats such as PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX, and VIP for embroidery designs (depending on the product). Please check the individual listing description for details.

4. Can I get a refund or exchange?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded. Please contact us if you encounter any issues with your files.

5. Can I use these designs for commercial purposes?

Yes! You may use our designs for personal or small commercial use (up to 500 finished items). However, reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited.

8. Can I resize or edit the embroidery files?

We recommend not resizing embroidery designs more than 10–20% to avoid stitch distortion. Please use embroidery software compatible with your machine for best results.
